Get Involved Now (GIN) seeks to meet the personal and emotional needs of patients facing life-defining healthcare moments through grants that help provide special moments or address non health-related patient needs.
What we do
Get Involved Now grants have been used to:

Sponsor play dates and movie nights for pediatric patients and their families

Purchase and deliver meals on behalf of organizations that provide temporary housing to families whose loved ones are hospitalized

Brighten the day for patients on a high-risk pregnancy unit with big, colorful bouquets for Mother’s Day
-
Subsidize costs of toys and interactive games distributed to pediatric patients and their families
-
Fund care packages for our nation’s heroes hospitalized at VA medical centers
Apply for a grant
Grant applications are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed regularly by an appointed committee of Get Well employees. Proposals that align with the GIN mission are typically approved and awarded a grant of up to $500 to be used to improve the hospital experience for patients and families.

Fill out a Get Involved Now grant application and a member of the Get Involved Now charity will contact you within two weeks.

GIN membership is open to Get Well employees on an annual basis. For our community members who are not Get Well employees, please join our mailing list to hear about our events and to look for opportunities to participate.
